a strange virus surfaced.
the virus was airborne, instant, and extremely fatal. within a week of showing symptoms of the virus, the human body would cease to exist. there was no cure.
the government put up a great wall around the city to keep the virus from spreading. soldiers were sent to guard the wall. anyone who got to close and looked to be a threat was to be killed.
a city of over a million people quickly became a city of a hundred. for eight months scientists baffled over the disease to make a cure. their efforts were proved worthless. only a handful of humans are left alive in the city, and those were are alive are slowly dying.
it was a biological attack, people kept saying.
when there was no human left in the city to say anything, from every corner came smaller, unharmed creatures. pets and other animals from the city were unharmed by the virus. now they have to make their way out of the city or starve.
the canines are the creatures of this site.
